Ham Heung Nang Myun restaurant since 1953. one of the oldest restaurant in Seoul and registered on Michelin guide too. valet parking is available, if not you can use public parking lot near there. Nang Myun taste is good to visit again and need to wait in a que. but not a long time, will go inside soon.

The spicy buckwheat noodle with sliced beef was good.The cold buckwheat noodle with raw fish, the fish have a bone it's quite chewy. They provide a soup pot, it's a beef broth, Korean people drink this soup after had dried noodles. The soup taste good. They said if you added all the sauce in the table ( sugar, vinegar, mustard, Chili paste) you will get some different taste. They do have a self-order machine also.

Service was fast, they have 2 shops now that’s really close to one another. Get the raw fish cold noodles (회 냉면) and also the regular soup beef cold noodles (물 냉면)

Service was fast. Ordered the spicy fish naemyeon and cold beef noodles. The dumplings are fantastic. They have English menu.

Acquired taste for westerners, but for those who grew up with this type of noodle, it is something we cannot live without. Great as always and fast. Broth drink smelled a bit, but noodle was as good as 40 years ago..
